Make Father's Day singing time easy and fun. Kids pin a mustache on Dad, go fishing for songs, stand up when their color is picked, and act out silly dad moves while they sing.
What's in the Kit
- Pin the Mustache on Dad: a dad poster on one page or a large 4-page version you tape together, plus mustaches in both sizes. Write a song on the back of each mustache. A blindfolded child pins it on Dad, then everyone sings that song.
- Fishing game: 10 colorful fish. Add a magnet to each fish and a paperclip to a stick and string. A child goes fishing, then everyone sings the song on the back of the fish.
- Tie color game: 10 ties in different colors. A child turns one over, and everyone wearing that color stands up during the song.
- Action cards: 11 dad-themed actions, like pretend to tie a tie, go fishing or play the guitar. A child picks a card, and everyone does that action while singing.
- Song posters: word posters for Daddy's Homecoming and My Dad from the Children's Songbook, in color and black and white.
